Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Aaron Gleadow Recovery and Life Coaching:

Welcome to Aaron Gleadow Recovery and Life Coaching. I am committed to supporting you through your recovery journey, offering a safe, trauma-informed space for growth and transformation. The following terms and conditions outline my policies to ensure we have a clear understanding of how our coaching relationship will work, the mutual commitment involved, and the level of support you can expect.

By engaging in my coaching services, you are agreeing to these terms, and together we will work to achieve your goals while ensuring a compassionate, productive environment.

1. Coaching Commitment and Results

Recovery is a journey that requires dedication, effort, and an open heart. As your coach, I am fully committed to guiding you, supporting you, and helping you navigate the challenges of addiction recovery. While I will provide you with the tools, strategies, and insights necessary for success, the responsibility for implementing these practices lies with you.

Every person’s recovery path is different, and results vary based on the client’s commitment to the process. Lasting change comes from consistent action, and my role is to empower you every step of the way. However, it’s important to understand that outcomes depend on your active participation and willingness to embrace the work.

2. Session Booking, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

  • Session Booking: In order to provide you with the best possible experience, all sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us both the time to prepare, ensuring that each session is meaningful and focused on your specific needs.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: If life happens and you need to reschedule, you may do so through your Paperbell client login. I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling. This allows us to maintain a smooth flow and gives me the chance to offer that time slot to another client in need. I encourage you to only book sessions you are confident you can attend, as consistency is key to your progress. I understand that life is unpredictable, and if an extenuating circumstance arises, please reach out to me directly. I will always do my best to accommodate your needs within reason.

3. No-Show Policy

Your time and progress are important, and I am here to support you. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please ensure you do so no less than 24 hours before the session. If no notice is given and you miss your session (a "no-show"), that session will be forfeited and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

I understand that sometimes emergencies happen. If you know you cannot make it, please contact me as soon as possible. Open communication helps us keep your recovery on track, and I am here to support you through whatever arises. However, no-shows without prior communication will be treated as forfeited sessions, as your commitment is essential to your progress.

4. Self-Harm and Client Safety

Your safety and well-being are my top priorities. As a trauma-informed coach, I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for you to work through the challenges of recovery. While my coaching services are not a substitute for professional crisis intervention, if at any point I believe that you are at immediate risk of self-harm or pose a danger to yourself or others, I am obligated to notify emergency services in your area to ensure your safety.

If you are facing an urgent crisis, please reach out for immediate professional support from a licensed therapist, counselor, or emergency service.

5. Refund & Program Pause Policy

At Aaron Gleadow Recovery and Life Coaching, we are committed to supporting your path to lasting recovery. We believe in the power of commitment, accountability, and persistence in achieving meaningful change. The decision to embark on this journey is a significant one, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Refund Policy

  • 48-Hour Refund Window: We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you decide within the first 48 hours after purchase that this program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund, less a 5% transaction fee to cover processing.

  • Commitment to Recovery: Beyond the initial 48 hours, we do not offer refunds on coaching programs. Recovery requires dedication, courage, and a willingness to face challenges that arise along the way. By choosing to commit fully, you’re investing in yourself and the possibilities that come with a life free from addiction. Our policy encourages this commitment and the accountability that drives true growth.

Program Pause Option

We understand that life may sometimes require you to step back and regroup. Should you need a break, you may pause your program at any time. Rest assured, your program credits will remain available to you. When you’re ready, you can resume your sessions with the support of your coach.

This flexibility is designed to honor your unique journey and ensure that your recovery plan aligns with your pace and personal needs.

Accountability & Growth

By committing to this program, you are choosing to stand in accountability and move forward in your recovery. We are here to support, guide, and encourage you, and we ask that you approach this journey with the same resolve. Together, we will face the challenges that arise and celebrate the progress made.

6. Respectful Conduct Clause

The client agrees to maintain respectful, professional, and non-threatening communication with the coach throughout the engagement. Any form of harassment, abuse, threats, or disrespectful behavior by the client or their representatives will constitute a breach of this agreement.

Violation and Consequences:

  1. Upon violation of this clause, the coach reserves the right to immediately terminate the engagement without notice.

  2. The client acknowledges and agrees that any breach of this clause will result in the forfeiture of any refund, including for unused portions of the program, notwithstanding any other refund or cancellation policies herein.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client acknowledges and accepts this clause as a material condition of the agreement.

7. Payment Terms

All coaching packages must be paid in full prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If a payment plan is available, clients must adhere to the payment schedule. Please note that failure to make payments as agreed may result in the suspension of coaching services until the balance is paid. I am here to work with you, and clear communication around payments is appreciated.

8. Confidentiality

Your privacy is extremely important to me. All personal information and content shared during our coaching sessions will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except in cases where the law requires me to act (e.g., if you are in danger of harming yourself or others). My goal is to provide you with a secure and trusted space where you can feel safe sharing your thoughts and experiences.

9. Client Responsibilities

As your coach, I am committed to supporting and guiding you through your recovery process. In return, I ask that you take responsibility for your participation. This includes attending sessions on time, being open and engaged in our discussions, and completing any tasks or reflections we agree upon between sessions. Your commitment to your recovery will directly influence your success. I am here to support you every step of the way, but your active involvement is key.

10. Disclaimer

Aaron Gleadow Recovery and Life Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing severe mental health concerns, I encourage you to seek professional support from a licensed counselor, therapist, or medical professional. My coaching services are focused on providing guidance, support, and practical tools for recovery, but they are not intended to replace specialized clinical care.

11. Amendments

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or discussed during your session. Your continued use of my coaching services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

By purchasing a coaching package, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. My approach is rooted in empathy, expertise, and genuine care for your well-being. I’m here to support you as you step forward on this important journey, and I’m committed to helping you achieve your recovery goals with compassion, understanding, and accountability. Together, we will create the foundation for lasting change.
